Your Account
Two ways to permanently delete your PepChamp account and all associated data. Choose the one that fits.
In the app
If you still have PepChamp installed, this is the fastest path. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Open PepChamp on your iPhone.
- Tap your avatar in the top-right of the Home tab to open Settings.
- Scroll to the Account Actions section.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the action. PepChamp re-authenticates with Apple to revoke your Sign-In with Apple token before deletion.
Everything is deleted: your account, profile, dose logs, protocols, blood-work entries, body-map history, inventory, wellness logs, forum posts, and consultations. Pro subscriptions and paid Research Guides remain tied to your Apple ID until you cancel in iOS Settings.
By email
If you've already removed the app from your device or can't sign in, request deletion by email. We complete the request within 30 days.

Email us at support@pepchampapp.com. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days, per GDPR and CCPA.
What gets deleted
- — Account & sign-in credentials
- — Profile data (name, address, phone, demographics)
- — All protocols, dose logs, and adherence history
- — Body map and injection-site history
- — Blood-work entries and trend data
- — Vial inventory records
- — Wellness entries (sleep, mood, energy, weight)
- — PepHead Community forum posts and replies
- — Past and upcoming nurse consultations
- — Badges and achievements
What's not affected
Some things live with Apple, not us. Account deletion does not:
- — Cancel your Pro subscription — do that in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- — Request a refund from Apple — use reportaproblem.apple.com
- — Remove the app from your iPhone — tap and hold the icon to delete
Want to start fresh without losing your account?
Use Reset Tracking Data instead (Settings → Account Actions). It deletes only your tracking data — protocols, doses, body map, blood work, inventory, wellness, badges, forum posts, consultations — while keeping your account, profile, Pro subscription, and paid Research Guides intact.
