How do I cancel my subscription? expand_more
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select PepChamp → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I get a refund? expand_more
All refunds are handled by Apple, not PepChamp. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the PepChamp purchase, and select Request a refund. Apple reviews each request individually.
How do I delete my account? expand_more
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated dose logs, protocols, and personal data. The action cannot be undone.
Is PepChamp medical advice? expand_more
No. PepChamp is an educational and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting any peptide protocol.

Yes. Email support@pepchampapp.com with the subject "Data export request" from the email tied to your account. Typical turnaround is 1–3 business days.
I forgot my password. expand_more
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? A reset link will be sent to the email on file. If the link doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email support.
Does PepChamp work on Android? expand_more
PepChamp is currently iOS only (iPhone & iPad, iOS 15.1 or newer). Android availability is on the roadmap — no firm date yet.
